NEW ALOHA STADIUM ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT
The New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) aims to create an exciting and vibrant new Aloha Stadium and surrounding district. The new multipurpose stadium will include a minimum of 25,000 seats and be designed to enhance the fan experience with a comprehensive array of amenities and support spaces to market new events, including various seating options, extensive concessions, and efficient facility circulation. Development of the surrounding district is expected to include residential market and housing options, hotels, office, retail, commercial, and entertainment uses, as well as an important anchor to the newly constructed transit-oriented development (TOD) system.
The Royal Liverpool PFI (P3), Liverpool (UK)
WT Partnership are acting as cost advisors to the Trust. Our role has included working as part of the team which developed the PSC, providing capital and lifecycle costs, cash-flows and advice on programme on the PSC.
Royal North Shore Hospital P3, NSW (AUS)
WT Partnership was appointed as Independent Certifier responsible for specified inspection and certification obligations in relation to completion of construction and commissioning of the facilities.
Royal Children’s Hospital P3, Victoria (AUS)
WT Partnership was engaged by the Department of Health (formerly the Department of Human Services) to provide full quantity surveying services through the master plan, feasibility, pre-contract, design, construction and post contract phases of the project.

Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor Long Term Care Project
In April 2019, the provincial government of Newfoundland and Labrador selected NL Healthcare Partners to design, build, finance and maintain the Gander and Grand Falls-Windsor Care Homes project in a public-private partnership.
Corner Brook Acute Care Hospital P3
WT provided Independent Certifier services for the development of a new seven-storey,164-bed hospital in Corner Brook, Newfoundland.
Rouge Hill GO Station Improvements, ON (CAN)
The Rouge hill GO Station improvements project will facilitate GO services and modernize the Port of Union Waterfront Trail. The Project and its improvements will also accommodate new service planned for the Lakeshore East line. This will half the existing 30-minute go to an electrified 15-minute service.
Landside Access Modernization Program Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility (CONRAC)
LAX's new Consolidated Rent-A-Car Center (CONRAC), scheduled to be completed by 2022 and open for use by 2023, will provide 18,000 stalls servicing 23 rental car agencies.
Rutherford Station Regional Express Rail
The Rutherford GO Station - part of the Regional Express Rail - was designed, built, and financed by EllisDon Infrastructure Transit (EDIT) and as of December 2018 has reached financial close.
Kipling Bus Terminal Regional Express Rail
The modernization of the Kipling Bus Terminal heightens the GO Transit Regional Express Rail Program - reducing traffic, improving accessibility and cutting down travel time. WT Partnership have been employed to provide Lender's Technical Advisory services on behalf of Ellis Don.
Toronto South Detention, Ontario (CAN)
WT Partnership has been selected to conduct a Joint Technical Review for the facility. The project is part of the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services' strategy to combat health and safety issues. The Project will modernize the outdated facilities - addressing the current inefficiencies of design. The Project will focus on incorporating new technology and maximizing space by replacing older facilities. The current facilities fail to meet the operational requirements/expectations and as pressure mounted, it was time for a new facility.
Royal Inland Hospital Patient Care Tower Project
The first phase constitutes of the Patient Care Tower - this will include the design and construction of single-patient rooms that will modernize the Royal Inland Hospital's standard of care congruently ameliorating working conditions. The second phase, Phase 2, will focus on the renovation and expansion of the emergency services department and the addition of new parking stalls.
Sydney International Convention Centre P3, New South Wales(AUS)
International Convention Centre, Sydney (ICC Sydney) was delivered by Public Private Partnership, and is the $1.1 billion 14-hectare centrepiece of a $3.4 billion, 20-hectare redevelopment of Darling Harbour.

The project includes the construction of a Holiday Inn Resort hotel, which will house an underground parking lot for up to 271 vehicles, 200 rooms on 3 levels. The building also has a pool and common areas, spa, gym, restaurant, bar, meeting room and business center.
