WT are providing P3 advisory, real estate advisory, real estate due diligence and market analytical services to UTSA on their Park West campus. Services included analysis Project scope and visioning document, Real estate strategy, market fundamental report, Industry sounding event(s) and meetings with potential partners, Request for interest document, Market interest report and presentation, Next steps and implementation strategy.

The Cattleman’s Square Residential Tower will be a public-private partnership that enhances experiential learning opportunities for the benefit of students and neighboring communities.

WT will be engaged in P3 services for Nevada State College to provide ground lease assessment for the subject property and developer negotiation assistance for the MG52 project.

The Southwest School of Art (SSA) and The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) intend to bring SSA’s arts programs, assets, and resources into an expanded new UTSA Southwest campus, focused on advancing the arts in San Antonio. ​

WT provided real estate due diligence and market analytical services on behalf of UTSA to the Urban Land Institute on UTSA’s Institute of Texan Cultures (ITC) campus.

WT was engaged as the Integrated Program Delivery Program Manager on the University of Texas, at San Antonio’s most comprehensive capital investment expansion in the school’s history.

WT is providing a comprehensive outline for the potential implementation of public private partnerships (P3) for a 40-acre parcel designated for industry partnerships. WT has performed multiple work stream analyses including master plan, procurement and delivery model analysis, capital budget / funding strategies, stakeholder mapping, communication strategy, governance analysis, comprehensive real estate advisory, initial financing options and industry partner identification.

The Merced 2020 Project will see the Merced campus expanded to support a significant increase in student intake including enhancements to academic, administrative, research, recreational, student residence and student services buildings, utilities and infrastructure, outdoor recreation and open space areas, and associated roadways, parking and landscaping. The project is intended to be completed in phases and is slated by UC to cost circa USD 1bn.

The New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District project entails the remediation and construction of a world-class mixed-use development across 100 acres. Central to the plan will be delivery of a new build stadium for approximately 40,000 seats alongside complimentary commercial developments including hotels, restaurants, retail, public realm, as well as connectivity to a newly constructed transit-oriented development (TOD) node.
