The project consists of a private housing complex consisting of ten towers that house 184 apartments each. These tours will be finished with high quality amenities such as:

  • Resident swimming pools;
  • Fully equipped gyms with accompanying sports areas;
  • Luxurious spas;
  • Multipurpose rooms; and
  • Child play areas.

The land falls on 13,500 square meters falls within Mexico City’s core – representing a major challenge. However, the construction will utilize existing natural landscapes to blend the project with it’s surroundings.
