The Federal District continues to grow and as such, requires modern buildings with state of the art amenities to sustainability accommodate this. This project delivers just that.

It is a 9,781 square meter mixed-use commercial and office building located in Patriotismo Avenue in Mexico City. The project includes four (4) levels of underground parking lots, two (2) levels to be used for commercial and five (5) levels for offices, each is 700 square meters. The project focuses on sustainability, and it’s build encompasses an intelligent and environmentally aware design through use of passive solar heating.
