LaSalle University Campus, Cuernavaca Morelos, (MEX)

The project includes the construction of the new building of the Preparatory School of La Salle University in Cuernavaca, Morelos. The project developed consisted of 3 floors plus an underground parking lot with a total of 2,400 square meters. The new building includes classrooms for High School Graduates, two mltipurpose rooms, cafeteria, plus the new school program of tourism, which includes a food laboratory, equipped as recommended by the distinctive “H”. Construction work started during the month of February 2013 and the building was delivered at the end of July for occupancy for the beginning of the 2013-2014 school year.

WT Partnership provided Employer’s Agent, CDM-Coordinator and Quantity Surveying services and was involved from site acquisition pre-planning through to final account.
