WT Partnership are acting as cost advisors to the Trust. Our role has included working as part of the team which developed the PSC, providing capital and lifecycle costs, cash-flows and advice on programme on the PSC.
WT Partnership was engaged by the Department of Health (formerly the Department of Human Services) to provide full quantity surveying services through the master plan, feasibility, pre-contract, design, construction and post contract phases of the project.

The project includes the construction of a Holiday Inn Resort hotel, which will house an underground parking lot for up to 271 vehicles, 200 rooms on 3 levels. The building also has a pool and common areas, spa, gym, restaurant, bar, meeting room and business center.
