Pabellón M, Monterrey (MEX)
Pabellón M is a mixed-use real estate development located in downtown Monterrey. It was built on a surface of 19,485 m². It has a tower 50 floors high, whose structure is concrete, is one of the highest in Latin America in its type and houses major corporations, professional offices and a 5-star hotel in 11 of its floors.

The project known as ‘Ravenhall Prison Project’ entails the design, construction, operation and financing of a 1,300 bed medium-security male prison under a PPP arrangement.
Federal Way Elementary School District, WA (USA)
WT has been engaged to provide end-to-end design review cost consultancy services for the Federal Way Elementary School District's facility improvement. The levy, which passed in 2012, has three primary goals. First to rebuilding Federal Way High School which shall improve the public school district facilities. Second is to improve 19 elementary school playgrounds across the district of Federal Way - providing state of the art recreational facilities supporting child developer and finally improve the security of the entire district by providing security cameras district-wide.
Ontario Provincial Police Modernization Phase 2, Ontario (CAN)
WT has was appointed as the Independent Certifier for the Ontario Provincial Police Modernization Phase 2 Project. The Design-Build-Finance (DBF) project involved the construction of 10 new detachment facilities across Ontario.
Levine-Fricke Softball Field – University of California, Berkeley (USA)
WT has been engaged by the University of California, Berkeley to perform cost estimating services on upgrades to the home of the 2002 NCAA Softball champions. The upgrades to the stadium include permanent seating for 1,500 spectators, all new press, player, coaches, umpires and spectator amenities. Appropriate site development and parking is also included in the scope of work.
Orcas Island School District, WA (USA)
The 2017 Bond projects for Orcas Island School District in Washington State includes several independent projects targeting an upgrading four of the District’s existing buildings. Also included is a portion of new construction that will add a Multi-purpose room adjacent to the new band room completed in the previous bond work. Site work will include upgrades to the site access road and parking lot, a new track and field and limited pedestrian sidewalks and paths.
Winnipeg Southwest Rapid Transitway (Stage 2) & Pembina Highway Underpass Project
The 7.6km transit expansion to the Winnipeg Southwest Transitway will link the existing line to the University of Manitoba and IGF Field.
Tulane Athletic Performance Center, LA (USA)
WT was initially engaged as the Cost Planners for Tulane University’s 181,000-square-foot renovation and expansion of the Head Quarters for Athletic Performance Center.
Niagara Falls Entertainment Centre Project
WT has been engaged as the Independent Certifier for the new Niagara Falls Entertainment Centre that will be constructed on an existing parking garage in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The structure of the parking garage will remain, and the entertainment centre will be built on top with some modifications to the structure below.
Pleasant Glade Elementary School, WA (USA)
The project will add physical spaces such as, administrative offices, restrooms and a new cafeteria. MEP systems and a new gas line will be installed as a component to the cafeteria’s kitchen and boiler system.
Lake Washington School District – Lake Washington High School, WA
Lake Washington School District secured payment for the most urgent projects that were recommended by the District’s Long-Term Facilities Planning Task Force.
University of Toronto North Building PH2, ON (CAN)
The North Building Phase B – a 210,000-square-foot, six- story facility that will complete the renaissance of the northern end of the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) campus, will house new active learning classrooms and some administrative space. The building will be the new home of the Departments of English and Drama, Philosophy, Historical Studies, Language Studies, Political Science and Sociology.
Penticton Regional Hospital David E. Kampe Patient Care Tower
The addition of the patient care tower will include approximately 26,700 square meters of new health care facilities and will significantly improve access to services, and improve patient care through the consolidation of programs currently distributed throughout the hospital.
Michael Garron Hospital
The MGH project consists of the design, construction and financing of approximately 560,000 SF of a new patient care tower, including the construction of a new 8 story tower, a 3 story podium, two levels of underground parking garage. The Project includes approximately 120,000 SF of renovation works within the existing hospital.
Cooksville Station
The Project will be inclusive of a new GO Station Parking Structure and Mobility Hub to accommodate GO service, GO and MiWay bus services and future connectivity to the proposed Hurontario LRT system, in addition to upgrades to existing rail platform access at the Cooksville GO Station and the Rail Corridor. As the scope of work is to take place within an active rail corridor, there will be significant staging and sequencing to allow for uninterrupted operations.
Edmonton Valley Line LRT – Stage One, AB (CAN)
The City of Edmonton has contracted with TransEd Partners (comprised of Bechtel, EllisDon, Bombardier, and Fengate) for the Design, Construction, Financing, Operation, and Maintenance of Stage 1 of the Edmonton Valley Line Light Rail Transit (LRT) Project in Edmonton, Alberta.
CAMH Phase 1 C Redevelopment Project
The Project will result in the construction of approximately 655,000 square feet of new build space, which will include: 235 in-patient beds; ambulatory programs; the relocation of the emergency department to the Queen Street site; research and educational facilities; information and resource facilities; and site improvements, including parks and green space improvements.
Arthur J.E Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre
The Alberta government is teaming up with the Alberta Cancer Foundation to fund the Arthur J.E Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre (Calgary Cancer Centre) Project, a world class new healthcare facility to be built at the Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary, Alberta.
Confederation GO Station, ON (CAN)
WTP are currently engaged as Cost Consultant for the construction of a new-build GO Transit station in Hamilton, ON. The planned development will include a new station building with amenities to make ease GO customers’ commute, including large indoor waiting areas, retail services, expanded washrooms and an outdoor waiting plaza, as well as a connected ancillary building to house all equipment associated with facility services.
Corner Brook Long-Term Care Project
The new Corner Brook Long-Term Care Project is a state-of-the-art elder care campus representing best practices in urban and architectural design, and long-term care service delivery.
Howard County Circuit Courthouse (HCCC) P3, Maryland (USA)
The Project will consist of an estimated 230,000 gross square foot vertical New Courthouse and a separate 600+ stall Parking Structure with the capacity to develop to 1,100 spaces.
Avenir Centre Project
The Moncton Downtown Centre project is a multi-use sport and entertainment facility which includes a single NHL-sized ice rink with permanent seating for 9,000 with additional seating available to accommodate other events.
