Federal Way Elementary School District, WA (USA)

WT has been engaged to provide end-to-end design review cost consultancy services for the Federal Way Elementary School District's facility improvement. The levy, which passed in 2012, has three primary goals. First to rebuilding Federal Way High School which shall improve the public school district facilities. Second is to improve 19 elementary school playgrounds across the district of Federal Way - providing state of the art recreational facilities supporting child developer and finally improve the security of the entire district by providing security cameras district-wide.

Levine-Fricke Softball Field – University of California, Berkeley (USA)

WT has been engaged by the University of California, Berkeley to perform cost estimating services on upgrades to the home of the 2002 NCAA Softball  champions. The upgrades to the stadium include  permanent seating for 1,500 spectators, all new press, player, coaches, umpires and spectator amenities. Appropriate site development and parking is also included in the scope of work.

Orcas Island School District, WA (USA)

The 2017 Bond projects for Orcas Island School District in Washington State includes several independent projects targeting an upgrading four of the District’s existing buildings. Also included is a portion of new construction that will add a Multi-purpose room adjacent to the new band room completed in the previous bond work. Site work will include upgrades to the site access road and parking lot, a new track and field and limited pedestrian sidewalks and paths.

Niagara Falls Entertainment Centre Project

WT has been engaged as the Independent Certifier for the new Niagara Falls Entertainment Centre that will be constructed on an existing parking garage in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The structure of the parking garage will remain, and the entertainment centre will be built on top with some modifications to the structure below.

University of Toronto North Building PH2, ON (CAN)

The North Building Phase B – a 210,000-square-foot, six- story facility that will complete the renaissance of the northern end of the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) campus, will house new active learning classrooms and some administrative space. The building will be the new home of the Departments of English and Drama, Philosophy, Historical Studies, Language Studies, Political Science and Sociology.

Cooksville Station

The Project will be inclusive of a new GO Station Parking Structure and Mobility Hub to accommodate GO service, GO and MiWay bus services and future connectivity to the proposed Hurontario LRT system, in addition to upgrades to existing rail platform access at the Cooksville GO Station and the Rail Corridor. As the scope of work is to take place within an active rail corridor, there will be significant staging and sequencing to allow for uninterrupted operations.

Confederation GO Station, ON (CAN)

WTP are currently engaged as Cost Consultant for the construction of a new-build GO Transit station in Hamilton, ON. The planned development will include a new station building with amenities to make ease GO customers’ commute, including large indoor waiting areas, retail services, expanded washrooms and an outdoor waiting plaza, as well as a connected ancillary building to house all equipment associated with facility services.
