WT is currently engaged by MENG Analysis to provide value engineering and cost support to the formal Value Analysis team for the addition and modernization of 51,000-square-feet to Pleasant Glade Elementary School of Thurston School District in Lacey, Washington.
The project will add physical spaces such as, administrative offices, restrooms and a new cafeteria. MEP systems and a new gas line will be installed as a component to the cafeteria’s kitchen and boiler system.
The exterior will include new entries, windows and roof replacement of the current facility. New parking, frontage improvements and utility upgrades will be included. A new modular building, which will be under separate contract, to replace eight existing portable buildings, and the accommodation of a future early learning modular building will be installed.
