Howard County Circuit Courthouse (HCCC) P3, Maryland (USA)

Howard County pursued a Public-Private Partnership (P3) to deliver a new contemporary courthouse to accommodate the mounting requirements of an expanding and diverse population and subsequently Howard County issued a Request for Proposals for the design, construction, financing, maintenance and management of the new Howard County Circuit Courthouse (“HCCC”) and associated parking structure. The Project consisted of an estimated 230,000 SF vertical New Courthouse and a separate 600+ stall Parking Structure with the capacity to develop 1,100 spaces.

The Project pursued LEED Silver certification and began construction spring of 2021. WT provided a full suite of Lenders’ Technical Advisory Services for one of the shortlisted proponents pursuing this Project.
