Ontario Provincial Police Modernization Phase 2, Ontario (CAN)

WT has been selected as the Independent Certifier for the Ontario Provincial Police Modernization Phase 2 Project. The Project will be delivered via a design, build and finance (DBF) structured contract. Bird Construction will be charged with the design and build. Bird Construction will also own the concession responsible for the financing of the project. This will be addressed through their subset, Bird Capital. The Project is expected to cost between CAD $100m (USD $76.7m) and CAD $149m (USD $114m). Financial close is expected this summer with construction commencing shortly after.
