The project consists of an integral remodeling by stages of the hospital complex of Médica Sur, located in Tlalpan, Mexico City.The project consists of an integral remodeling by stages of the hospital complex of Médica Sur, located in Tlalpan, Federal District.

The current project includes the remodeling of two of the main buildings of the complex: the Hospitalization Tower and the Administrative Tower, which now became an Oncology Center. Additionally, the relocation and remodeling of the Administrative Offices is sought. The hospital’s remodeling program includes 170 rooms, areas of doctors and nurses, intensive and intermediate therapy units, multipurpose rooms, as well as some areas of radiology. The remodeling works began during the month of December 2016, with an estimated execution time of 18 months.

Construction is scheduled to begin in spring of 2018 and has an anticipated completion date of spring 2022. The Project will be designed to achieve a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Silver certification bolstering Ontario’s estate portfolio by ensuring the Project is environmentally responsible, universally accessible and efficient with it’s resources.
