Project Delivery

The first phase constitutes of the Patient Care Tower - this will include the design and construction of single-patient rooms that will modernize the Royal Inland Hospital's standard of care congruently ameliorating working conditions. The second phase, Phase 2, will focus on the renovation and expansion of the emergency services department and the addition of new parking stalls.

WT Partnership is providing Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services for the 13,500 square meter residential project in Mexico City.

WT Partnership provide Employer’s Agent, Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for this truly adventurous private residential project which is located amidst a property of 200+ acres in the Valle de Bravo, in the State of Mexico.

The project includes the construction of a Holiday Inn Resort hotel, which will house an underground parking lot for up to 271 vehicles, 200 rooms on 3 levels. The building also has a pool and common areas, spa, gym, restaurant, bar, meeting room and business center.

WT Partnership is providing Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services for the nearly 10,000 square meter mixed use commercial and office building in Mexico City.

WT Partnership provided Employer’s Agent, CDM-Coordinator and Quantity Surveying services and was involved from site acquisition pre-planning through to final account.

WT Partnership provided Employer’s Agent , Quantity Surveying and CDM Coordinator services for the Red Q Modernization (Central Station) for the City of Queretaro.

WT Partnership currently provides Full Construction Management Services for the 31,500 square meter project in Lerma, Mexico.
