Public Private Partnerships (P3)

AgriBio accommodates up to 400 staff from the Victorian Department of Primary Industry and La Trobe University including scientists, students, and business and science-support staff who specialise in plant and animal genomics, plant pathology, animal health and agricultural sustainability.

WT was appointed by Activate408 to provide a broad range of bid phase Project Advisory services including Lenders’ Technical Advisor, Capital Cost Estimating, Commercial Support and Facilities Management.

In April 2014, the WESTADIUM consortium was selected as Preferred Respondent for the design, build, partial finance and maintenance (DBFM) contract for the Perth Stadium and Sports Precinct.

Future Schools Partners consortium has been awarded the contract to finance, design, construct, and maintain Ormiston Junior College in Auckland, Aranui Community Campus and Rolleston Secondary School in Canterbury and Wakatipu High School in Queenstown. The consortium will become responsible for the school maintenance for 25 years, before the buildings are handed back to the Ministry of Education in an agreed, well-maintained condition.

WT, in conjunction with Aurecon, supported GEO Group in the development of their bid for their second term renewal at the Fulham Prison which was first let circa 1996.

The EastLink project was declared Australia’s most outstanding example of construction excellence at the 2009 Australian Construction Achievement Awards.

The hospital is capable of treating up to 30,000 patients and 25,000 emergency presentations each year.

WT was engaged in 2014 by the ACTivate Consortium to provide measurements and pricing for the all aspects of the new light rail to be included in the overall P3 proposal to the ACT Government.
