The Project is being procured in a two stage process including an RFP phase, followed by an early developer involvement (EDI) process.

The accommodation will comprise:

  • Building 1 – Higher Courts and Courts Administration Authority (CAA) inc: 31,030 m² (Net Lettable Area) A-Grade with 85 secure car parking spaces; and
  • Building 2 – Attorney General’s Department Office Accommodation & Other Courts inc: 25,800 m² (Net Lettable Area) A-Grade with 91 secure car parking spaces.
