Services included analysis Project scope and visioning document, Real estate strategy, market fundamental report, Industry sounding event(s) and meetings with potential partners, Request for interest document, Market interest report and presentation, Next steps and implementation strategy.

The Ben Clark Training Center offers comprehensive law enforcement, fire, and correctional custody public safety training. Currently the center occupies a variety of outdated and dilapidated structures for administration and training activities. WT provided real estate and P3 advisory services to define a business case validating whether a potential modernization, improvement and/or replacement project was appropriate for P3/DBFOM procurement.
