The development includes two levels of above ground parking, retail / commercial space, lobby, offices, recreational, fitness space, as well as a terrace garden; 25 one-bedroom (650 SF) and 15 two-bedroom (889 SF) apartments on levels 3 -7 of which 4 units will be provided to the local community as affordable housing.
