I joined WT in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer for QS/PM. Prior to WT, I was Vice President, US for the Cost and Commercial Management business at Turner & Townsend and the Vice President, Global Head of Commercial Management at WeWork. During my tenure at both organizations, along with roles running individual business units and large teams at CBRE, Mace North America and Faithful + Gould, I established myself as a seasoned leader and business builder who understands how to implement growth strategies and scale businesses around the world in the QS discipline.

My approach to best practice commercial management, is largely inspired by my experiences advising some of the world’s largest companies on how to install market leading Cost Management principles within their businesses and portfolios, which you’ll find reflected in my dynamic approach to processes, systems and technology. I believe that achieving growth requires a vision and perseverance. In my role as a Chief Operating Officer at WT, I aspire to drive this goal by creating achievable milestones and adopting an approach that is adaptable and nimble to the nuances of the market and the industry.

I am a trained Quantity Surveyor by trade from Blackburn in the UK, who currently lives and works in New York. From a young age, working for my Father who is also a Quantity Surveyor, I enjoyed working with numbers. I like to consider myself one part data junkie and another part quasi-economist. I believe data is the most vital tool we have in our delivery and execution.

When my wife Gabrielle and I aren’t keeping busy with my son Dries and my sheep-a-doodle, Florence, you can find me on the golf course trying to get to a single figure handicap.
