The Melbourne Airport Runway project involved the overlay of Runways 09/27 which runs East/West, and 16/34 which runs North/South.

Newcastle Airport is the second busiest airport in New South Wales, with 1.3 million passengers a year. The masterplan for the airport to 2036 is a bold vision of growth to become a world-class international gateway to the Hunter region and northern NSW – capable of handling an expected 2.3 million passengers per year by 2028.

Sydney’s aviation demand is expected to double over coming decades, but the Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport is not able to accommodate this level of growth nor fulfil Sydney’s long-term needs.

WT Partnership are acting as cost advisors to the Trust. Our role has included working as part of the team which developed the PSC, providing capital and lifecycle costs, cash-flows and advice on programme on the PSC.

WT Partnership was appointed as Independent Certifier responsible for specified inspection and certification obligations in relation to completion of construction and commissioning of the facilities.

WT Partnership was engaged by the Department of Health (formerly the Department of Human Services) to provide full quantity surveying services through the master plan, feasibility, pre-contract, design, construction and post contract phases of the project.

WT Partnership, in joint venture, provided full cost management services through all phases of the project.

WT provided cost estimates and planning, quantity surveying and cost management services throughout the bid, design and construction stages, including insurance claim management and dispute resolution expert reports.

International Convention Centre, Sydney (ICC Sydney) was delivered by Public Private Partnership, and is the $1.1 billion 14-hectare centrepiece of a $3.4 billion, 20-hectare redevelopment of Darling Harbour.

WT Partnership is providing Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services for the 13,500 square meter residential project in Mexico City.
