WT are providing P3 advisory, real estate advisory, real estate due diligence and market analytical services to UTSA on their Park West campus. Services included analysis Project scope and visioning document, Real estate strategy, market fundamental report, Industry sounding event(s) and meetings with potential partners, Request for interest document, Market interest report and presentation, Next steps and implementation strategy.

The Cattleman’s Square Residential Tower will be a public-private partnership that enhances experiential learning opportunities for the benefit of students and neighboring communities.

The vision for the new Grandview Kids is to support the seamless and coordinated provision of family-centered care for children and youth with physical, communication and developmental needs and their families in the Durham Region. It will be an open, welcoming and inclusive community based pediatric facility supporting an integrated mix of rehabilitation, medical and clinical services, as well as education and research activities.

The RCH Redevelopment Project is phased to allow for continuity of hospital services throughout construction, demolition, and renovation work. Due to the complexity involved in this multi-phase, multi-year project, work has been broken into three separate phases. Phase 1 included a 75-bed Mental Health Substance Use (MHSU) building, an Energy Center (EC) serving the new and existing campus, underground parking, and a new Campus Communication Hub (CCH).

The MBTA AFC 2.0 project is the design, build, finance, maintenance and operation of an automated fare collection system across Boston, Massachusetts.

WT will be engaged in P3 services for Nevada State College to provide ground lease assessment for the subject property and developer negotiation assistance for the MG52 project.

Once completed, the new Courthouse will contain 16 courtrooms and host a number of departments including the 5th Judicial District Judges, District Attorney, Department of Human Services, State Office Public Defense, Civil Sheriff’s Office and more. The Courthouse is anticipated to be ready for occupancy in 2025.

The Southwest School of Art (SSA) and The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) intend to bring SSA’s arts programs, assets, and resources into an expanded new UTSA Southwest campus, focused on advancing the arts in San Antonio. ​

West Lincoln Memorial Hospital (WLMH) has been caring for West Niagara residents for over 70 years. As a community hospital, WLMH provides both inpatient services and outpatient services, including emergency services, complex and palliative care, surgery and a maternal and newborn program. As a site of Hamilton Health Sciences, WLMH also serves as a point of access to one of the largest health systems in Canada for patients requiring more specialized care.
