Integral to the 10-year vision for UTSA’s Downtown Campus is a focus on new housing options to enhance student and faculty engagement and bring vibrancy to the near West side of campus. The Cattleman’s Square Residential Tower will be a public-private partnership that enhances experiential learning opportunities for the benefit of students and neighboring communities. WT is continuing to provide real estate development advisory services on Cattleman Square and across UTSA’s development portfolio. WT’s offering is inclusive of real estate Project Management and Contract Management, stakeholder management related to real estate activities; due diligence for real estate development(s), real estate Public-Private-Partnership, ground lease, and privatized construction advisory services, preparation of executive reports on Capital Projects, project acquisitions, stakeholder engagement, due diligence, market analysis, and other real-estate activities and associated tasks major capital projects and real estate activities as directed by UTSA.
