Lakeshore West Infrastructure Improvements
Lakeshore West Infrastructure Improvements project consists of the redevelopment of key elements within GO Transit and Metrolinx’s Lakeshore West rail corridor just west of Toronto. This includes a redeveloped Long Branch GO Station, a grade separation at Burloak Drive in Oakville, and the replacement of the Drury Lane Pedestrian Bridge in Burlington. WT provided a full suite of pre-bid due diligence services to the successful proponent which included a review of the commercial structure, cost, schedule, and overall technical solution for the project through to financial close. WT is now certifying construction costs and delivering monthly monitoring reports to lenders.
MacDonald Block Reconstruction
The complex has a total gross floor area of approximately 1.7 million SF split across 4 towers and is more than 50 years old. The reconstruction will modernize all areas including mechanical, electrical, finishes, and exterior envelope works for use by the Government of Ontario as office space for more than 3,600 workers. WT provided a full suite of pre-bid due diligence services to the successful proponent which included a review of the commercial structure, cost, schedule, and overall technical solution for the project through to financial close. WT is now certifying construction costs and delivering monthly monitoring reports to lenders.
QEW Credit River Bridge Improvement
The project consists of the construction of a new 250m long bridge north of the existing Credit River bridge just west of Toronto on the Queen Elizabeth Way highway. The project also involves rehabilitation of the existing bridge, 2.7km of highway widening, interchange reconfiguration, and upgrades to drainage and storm water systems. WT provided a full suite of pre-bid due diligence services to the successful proponent which includes a review of the commercial structure, cost, schedule, and overall technical solution for the project through to Financial Close. WT is now certifying construction costs and delivering monthly monitoring reports to lenders.
UC Merced 2020 Housing: Glacier Point
The Merced 2020 Project will see the Merced campus expanded to support a significant increase in student intake including enhancements to academic, administrative, research, recreational, student residence and student services buildings, utilities and infrastructure, outdoor recreation and open space areas, and associated roadways, parking and landscaping. The project is intended to be completed in phases and is slated by UC to cost circa USD 1bn.

WT is actively providing cost estimating support services on projects under the direction of Capital Development at the Port of Seattle. Based on-site at the SeaTac International Airport, WT continues to provide a full suite of project cost, controls and procurement management on the airport's airside, landside, terminal and utility development program.
Federal Way School District – Jefferson High School, WA
WT provided Cost Management on a 220,000 SF new high school, as part of a larger bond development program. Working directly for the owner/school district, WT was able to meet all project deadlines and operated in a flexible and dynamic role, which extended beyond milestone estimating, beginning at inception (bond planning) to project delivery, providing cost planning, cost control and independent cost negotiation services. Early stage planning made extensive use of advanced cost planning techniques for all building systems and interrogation of potential unique site cost characteristics.

The successful April 2016 bond measure achieved by the Lake Washington School District secured payment for the most urgent projects that were recommended by the District’s Long-Term Facilities Planning Task Force. The Task Force identified projects’ matters deemed to be pressing and are to be addressed by the School District by 2030. Following this analysis, WT was engaged in 2017 by OAC to provide cost management, modeling and bond planning on this 78,000 SF new elementary school.
Lake Washington School District – Margaret Mead Elementary School, WA
The successful April 2016 bond measure achieved by the Lake Washington School District secured payment for the most urgent projects that were recommended by the District’s Long-Term Facilities Planning Task Force. The Task Force identified projects’ matters deemed to be pressing and are to be addressed by the School District by 2030. Following this analysis, WT was engaged in 2017 by OAC to provide cost management, modeling and bond planning on the 79,000 SF new Margaret Mead Elementary school.
Lake Washington School District – Juanita High School, WA
The successful April 2016 bond measure achieved by the Lake Washington School District secured payment for the most urgent projects that were recommended by the District’s Long-Term Facilities Planning Task Force. The Task Force identified projects’ matters deemed to be pressing and are to be addressed by the School District by 2030. Following this analysis, WT was engaged in 2017 by OAC to provide cost management, modeling and bond planning on a a 237,000 SF phased expansion/replacement of Juanita High School.

UC Santa Cruz is undertaking a major housing initiative. The Student Housing West project is part of President Napolitano’s system-wide initiative to build 14,000 beds across the UC by 2020. The UCSC initiative was announced in December 2016.

WT was engaged on this joint procurement between HART and the City of Honolulu on the design and construction of the City Center Guideway and Stations Segment, the Pearl Highlands Parking Structure, Transit Center and Ramp.
LAX MIDFIELD SATELLITE CONCOURSE (MSC) SOUTH

WT is providing cost management services for the Midfield Satellite Concourse (“MSC”) South project at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). MSC South is an eight gate, two level, 150,000 SF terminal facility connected directly to the MSC North project, currently under construction.
