UTSA Program Management for Capital Works

WT has been engaged as the Integrated Program Delivery Program Manager on the University of Texas at San Antonio’s most comprehensive capital investment expansion in the school’s history. WT will support UTSA in delivering on their 10-year vision to transform and further position the City of San Antonio and the University, as global leaders in cybersecurity, data science, artificial intelligence and information management and technology.

WT worked closely with UTSA to leverage the development’s scale to drive significant change in the procurement and delivery of physical assets, providing advisory in the following areas:

• Assessment of organizational capacity and integrated delivery ‘readiness’
• Development of internal processes procedures and program delivery tools
• Development of project and program level cost estimates, value management and final negotiation of all potential and actual change orders
• Management of an ‘all-in’ owner’s budget
• Facilitation of industry/market sounding and engagement with the integrated delivery community
• Act as project advisor on all project matters to campus leadership
• Oversee development of all transaction documents on behalf of UTSA
