WT are providing P3 advisory, real estate advisory, real estate due diligence and market analytical services to UTSA on their Park West campus. The Ben Clark Training Center offers comprehensive law enforcement, fire, and correctional custody public safety training. Currently the center occupies a variety of outdated and dilapidated structures for administration and training activities. WT provided real estate and P3 advisory services to define a business case validating whether a potential modernization, improvement and/or replacement project was appropriate for P3/DBFOM procurement.
