Project Description
The I-75 Segment 3 Project consists of approximately 5.5mi of freeway and adjacent service drive improvements including the addition of a high occupancy vehicle lane, reconstruction of the existing freeway lanes and bridges, and construction improvements such as a bored drainage tunnel in the cities of Hazel Park, Madison Heights, and Royal Oak just north of Detroit, Michigan.
WT provided a full suite of pre-bid due diligence services to the successful proponent which included a review of the commercial structure, cost, schedule, and operations/maintenance for the project through to Financial Close. WT is now certifying construction costs and delivering monthly monitoring reports to lenders.
