Future Schools Partners consortium has been awarded the contract to finance, design, construct, and maintain Ormiston Junior College in Auckland, Aranui Community Campus and Rolleston Secondary School in Canterbury and Wakatipu High School in Queenstown. The consortium will become responsible for the school maintenance for 25 years, before the buildings are handed back to the Ministry of Education in an agreed, well-maintained condition.

WT, in conjunction with Aurecon, supported GEO Group in the development of their bid for their second term renewal at the Fulham Prison which was first let circa 1996.

The EastLink project was declared Australia’s most outstanding example of construction excellence at the 2009 Australian Construction Achievement Awards.

WT was engaged in 2014 by the ACTivate Consortium to provide measurements and pricing for the all aspects of the new light rail to be included in the overall P3 proposal to the ACT Government.

The project leverages existing state level sports infrastructure within the Mount Claremont Sporting Precinct which comprises Challenge Stadium, WA Athletics Stadium, WA Basketball Centre, WA Rugby Centre and The University of Western Australia Sports Park.

Zhongshan Convention Center is an all-rounded conference facilities. For a total CFA of approximately 120,000 m², the Center has its exhibition halls extending over 67,650 m² and a large convention hall for approximately 9,300 m² space.

The project incorporates a suite of world class, high technology laboratories in five major disciplines underpinning sport and exercise sciences including exercise physiology, biomechanics, motor learning & skilled performance, sport and exercise biochemistry & molecular biology and motor control and biofeedback.

New south stand and events centre at Okara Park, Whangarei comprising 2,000 covered seats, 200 seat events centre including retail units, relocation of pitch, lighting towers, siteworks and landscaping.
