WT Partnership (WT) has been commissioned by Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust to provide cost management consultancy services for the new Northern Stand.
The project comprises of the demolition of the existing Noble, Bradman and Messenger Stands and construction of a new grand stand with a capacity of approx 13,000 seats a new members club facility , a new press room, main kitchen, changing rooms, maintenance and back of house facilities.
This is a challenging project as the stand is required to be completed within a very tight time frame for the Ashes Test in 2014 next door to fox television studios and whilst the stadium remains operational.
