The construction industry’s biggest and most prestigious celebration of excellence in public–private partnerships (PPP), The P3 Awards (https://www.p3awards.com) has shortlisted WT for Technical Advisor of the year.
2022 was an exciting year for WT, headlined by the firm’s provision of advisory services and leadership on two of the largest, most complex P3 projects in the US. Clackamas County Courthouse is being delivered as a DBFoM under an availability payment structure while the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District is being procured as a DBOM with a ground lease to monetize real estate in support of the project.
