CLACKAMAS COUNTY COURTHOUSE NOMINATED FOR P3 AWARDS IN TWO CATEGORIES

OREGON CITY, OR — CLACKAMAS COUNTY COURTHOUSE HAS BEEN NOMINATED IN THE CATEGORIES OF BEST SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT & BEST FINANCIAL STRUCTURE

The construction industry’s biggest and most prestigious celebration of excellence in public–private partnerships (PPP), The P3 Awards (https://www.p3awards.com) has shortlisted the Clackamas Courthouse as a nominee in the categories of “Best Social Infrastructure Project” and “Best Financial Structure.”

WT has acted in the role of Technical Advisor on the project providing upfront transactional services including engagement and management of stakeholders, program management and validation, drafting technical specifications, cost model validation, RFQ and RFP drafting, drafting of the payment mechanism and delivery of the design and construction. Most recently, the project reached financial close, marking a major milestone for the county.

The nomination underscores the meticulous planning and thoughtful execution that have gone into ensuring the courthouse’s seamless integration within the fabric of the community. Additionally, the nomination in the “Best Financial Structure” category highlights the groundbreaking financial strategies employed, showcasing the project’s sustainable funding model that bridges public and private sectors harmoniously.
