Meet KELSEY

Senior Advisor
Based: Austin, TX

I joined WT in January 2022 as part of the P3 and Real Estate Advisory team. As a Senior Advisor in our Austin office, I support projects through all stages of development, from initial market analysis and best-use assessments to procurement through to pre-construction project management and project delivery. I’m driven by the complexity of the development process and strive for a truly collaborative relationship between our team and clients to ensure project success.

Prior to WT, I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in architecture. My work is motivated by the social impact of the built environment, and I bring a unique blend of experience in research and project management in client services, architecture, design, planning, real estate, and preservation. My experience also includes work in higher education, government, civic, and commercial sectors. I’ve provided due diligence, market studies, entitlements, and property analysis to both commercial real estate developers and public sector clients and have successfully managed project scopes, schedules, and deliverables throughout project lifecycles.

The most rewarding part of my job here at WT is supporting owners in delivering projects that have a positive impact on their communities and finding innovative approaches to development that enhance places and people’s experiences in them.
