Lake Washington School District – Peter Kirk Elementary School, WA

The Task Force identified projects’ matters deemed to be pressing and are to be addressed by the School District by 2030. Following this analysis, WT was engaged in 2017 by OAC to provide cost management, modeling and bond planning on this 78,000 SF new elementary school.
