The Ben Clark Training Center offers comprehensive law enforcement, fire, and correctional custody public safety training. Currently the center occupies a variety of outdated and dilapidated structures for administration and training activities. WT provided real estate and P3 advisory services to define a business case validating whether a potential modernization, improvement and/or replacement project was appropriate for P3/DBFOM procurement. 

WT Partnership has been selected to conduct a Joint Technical Review for the facility. The project is part of the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services' strategy to combat health and safety issues. The Project will modernize the outdated facilities - addressing the current inefficiencies of design. The Project will focus on incorporating new technology and maximizing space by replacing older facilities. The current facilities fail to meet the operational requirements/expectations and as pressure mounted, it was time for a new facility. 

The project known as ‘Ravenhall Prison Project’ entails the design, construction, operation and financing of a 1,300 bed medium-security male prison under a PPP arrangement.
