As Associate Vice President at WT, I lead project teams in defining, planning, and delivering strategic initiatives while ensuring projects meet contractual, budgetary, and quality requirements. I specialize in managing complex infrastructure projects, stakeholder engagement and risk management to drive successful outcomes.

With over 12 years of experience in public-private partnerships (P3), alternative delivery methods, and global real estate transactions, I bring a strategic and collaborative approach to my work. In addition to project delivery, I support business development, client relations, staff training, and thought leadership, focusing on fostering innovation and efficiency.

I joined WT in 2025 after serving as Manager and Senior Estimator in my previous companies in Texas, where I helped expand operations, strengthened client relationships and ensured successful project delivery. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy (MPP) at the University of Houston while living in Houston with my husband and our three dogs. In my free time, I enjoy exploring Buffalo Bayou with my husky.
