Vice-President (Project Delivery)
Based: Los Angeles
I first joined WT Partnership (Australia) in 2014 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and have subsequently relocated to North America where I lead the United States Project Delivery Team. My team deliver client focused, Cost, Design, Contract and Project Management Services as well as Project Controls over a variety of large scale, complex project commissions.
Prior to WT Partnership, the roots of my career were founded as a qualified, chartered quantity surveyor where I worked in a number of Cost and Project Management roles for International firms. Previously I worked as an Associate at both Aquenta Consulting and AECOM. During my tenure at both firms, I helped define the Cost Management approach on major P3 Social Infrastructure Projects. My International experience which exceeds 15 years includes cost management, estimating, project, design and contract management as well as large scale loss-adjustment roles.
My more recent experience has seen me provide Technical Advisory Services on Public-Private Partnership (“P3”) infrastructure projects from inception through to construction completion. Since my relocation to the United States, my experience in this realm has been further complemented by leading the project management team on the $1.3 billion UC Merced 2020 Project. I have built and managed high performing project teams and a believe in a balanced and methodical approach which makes me ideal for the delivery of high value, complex projects over multiple sectors and markets.
I am a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University, where I majored in Building Surveying. I currently live in Los Angeles, CA with my wife and young family. When I’m not keeping busy with the Management of major P3 projects, you can find me spending time with my family at the beach, or hiking through the Santa Monica Mountains.

The iconic McEwan Hall in Edinburgh, built in the late 19th Century through the largest single private donation in the University of Edinburgh’s history, had long been in need of repair, and finally saw a complete restoration of the existing ornate stonework, traditional joinery, artwork, monuments and surrounding historic square.
Through the meticulous conservation and introduction of new construction with cutting edge AV and lighting design the venue has become a restored landmark in the Scottish Capital. Through the delivery phase of the project, I lead the cost management team on behalf of the University of Edinburgh ensuring optimized decision making within a constrained budget and achieving the best possible design and value for the client.
The UC Merced 2020 Expansion Project is an unprecedented four-year project that will nearly double the physical capacity of the Campus. The project totals 1.2 million square feet throughout 14 structures to support a population of 10,000 students by the year 2020.
The $1.338 billion project will include new teaching facilities, research laboratories, student housing, faculty offices, and athletics, dining and student life amenities. The ultimate result will be a vibrant, collaborative and sustainable campus. The project is a DBFOM P3 Project and the first of its kind in North America. From financial close I established the project delivery team leading the project and cost management as well as project controls workstreams on behalf of the owner.
