Meet Jose

Senior Vice President (P3 Advisory)
Based: Raleigh-durham, NC

As a Senior Vice President of our P3 and Real Estate Advisory practice, I oversee the provision of services across our Advisory business lines to assess, procure, and deliver infrastructure projects throughout the United States. In addition, as a licensed professional engineer, I oversee all technical aspects of our projects that involve alternative delivery methods, such as design-build or public-private partnerships.

During my 20-plus years working as a technical and procurement advisor on alternative delivery projects and public-private partnerships in the transportation and social infrastructure sectors, I have had the privilege of working on or contributing to some of the largest infrastructure projects in the U.S. and Canada. Some of these projects include the Concession Lease of Puerto Rico Toll Roads PR-22 and PR-5; the Progressive Design-Build for the University of Texas at San Antonio’s San Pedro I Building, housing the University’s School of Data Science and National Security Collaboration Center; and the P3 procurements for LaGuardia Airport’s Central Terminal Building, the University of California at Merced’s Campus Expansion, and the Clackamas County Courthouse, among many others.

While my experiences from these projects are extremely rewarding and unforgettable, one of the most important aspects of my career has been the trust and transparency (and, in many cases, friendships) that I’ve forged along the way with industry peers and clients alike.

On a more personal note, besides having a passion for delivering significant infrastructure projects that have meaningful impacts within their communities, I also enjoy cooking.
