MATTHEW BROWN, COO
Over the course of Matt’s 25-year career, he has worked primarily in the public sector with various roles at large, public universities. In July of 2017, he took on a new role as President at Capstone Development Partners, a firm that specializes in higher education P3 development. In June of 2022, he accepted the opportunity to serve as Chief Operating Officer at WT and implement a plan to continue to grow WT’s Real estate and P3 Advisory service lines. Matt is committed to project management planning excellence and retaining and developing WT’s world class team to ensure the firm’s clients receive the best service possible.
