Senior advisor
Based: raleigh, NC

Joining WT in 2022 as a Senior Advisor, my role is to assist clients in the P3 and Alternative Project Delivery projects from project conception to the project delivery phases. With my experience working on both sides of the table, for a developer and public sector clients as consultant, in addition to research on alternative project delivery methods during my MS, I believe that each project is unique and needs an optimal project delivery method.

As part of my MS at Virginia Tech, I have worked on developing project delivery method selection tools for FHWA and completed my thesis on Design-Build-Finance Projects across the United States. Post my MS, I have worked on a leading Developer’s team on alternative delivery pursuits performing activities such as Design Fee Development, Permitting assessment. On the project delivery side, I have worked on design cost tracking and management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Right of Way Management etc. Prior to that, I completed Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Madras and worked with EY’s Infrastructure Advisory team in India, working on P3 project development preparing feasibility studies, acting as a liaison between the technical, financial and legal teams in developing procurement documents like RFP, RFQs, and Draft Contract documents.

In addition to working on Infrastructure Development, my passions include hiking, cooking, reading, watching videos on Historic and Scientific figures, and Researching Autonomous Vehicles.
