As a Project Advisor at WT (North America), I deliver comprehensive cost management services, ensuring financial efficiency, contract compliance, and value-driven project outcomes. My role includes conducting feasibility studies and preparing cost estimates.

Prior to joining WT in 2025, I worked as a Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong, bringing over a decade of experience across residential, commercial, and healthcare developments. I’ve managed high-value projects, developed budgets, led procurement processes, and ensured projects were delivered on time and within budget.

I’m excited to bring my international expertise to WT in Canada and contribute to delivering successful project outcomes and client-focused solutions.
