Project Advisor
Based: Toronto, ON

As a Project Advisor at WT (North America), I am responsible for providing cost management and advisory services across all project phases, ensuring financial efficiency and contractual compliance. My role involves conducting feasibility studies, preparing cost estimates, and overseeing contract administration to deliver projects on budget and within financial parameters. I work closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to provide strategic procurement advice, cost control, and risk mitigation solutions.

My career with WT began in 2021 in Hong Kong, where I joined as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor. Over the years, WT has given me the opportunity to grow and develop my skillset by leading teams and working on large-scale, high-profile projects. From tendering and procurement to cost planning and contract management, I have gained hands-on experience in navigating complex project challenges. I am pleased to be continuing my career with WT in Canada, where my international experience in cost consulting and expertise in luxury retail and commercial developments will contribute to driving successful outcomes for our clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new cities and cultures, a passion that aligns with my international career experience.
