I joined WT in June 2024 as an Associate Vice President. With over 22 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role. I have worked with Private Mixed use/Condo Developers, State governments, Healthcare Companies, and Airport Authorities in project delivery. This extensive background has shaped my approach to be efficient and user-friendly. I am dedicated to bringing a high level of commitment and careful coordination to the work, instilling confidence in our clients and partners.

My responsibilities include project administration, assessing stakeholder risk management, monitoring workflow, proposal vetting, cost structure advisory and coordination with the P3 procurement team on the NASED project. WT’s mission is to help the State of Hawaii see this large project out to full fruition and have a successful turnover to the most capable chosen private development team. I am dedicated to delivering an exceptional work ethic, a close attention to details, developing close trusted partnerships with our clients and helping our team review and spot key issues on incoming and outgoing proposal drafts, overall helping keep the big picture procurement on schedule and within budget.

Prior to WT, I was a Senior Consultant at Allana Buick & Bers and Senior Cost Estimator at Steel Encounters, Inc. During my tenure at Allana Buick and Bers (from 2019-2024), I helped the company Manage procurement, Monitor and QA construction procedures, and developed Contract Documents for the Ward Village Mixed Use Luxury Residential Development. During my tenure at Steel Encounters, Inc. (from 2002 to 2019), I helped the company become recognized in the industry for innovative design-assist procurement, budgeting and construction of some of the most elegant building envelope systems on new high-rise towers and mixed-use projects in the Western US and Hawaii.

I am a graduate of the University of Utah, where I majored in Civil Engineering and Business Administration/Finance. I currently live in Hawaii with my wife and daughter. When I’m not keeping busy with being a parent and husband, you can find me hiking or doing core fitness training out on the beach with my friends.
