Senior Cost Manager
Based: richmond, va

I joined WT in 2024 as a Senior Cost Manager.

Prior to WT, I worked as a Quantity Surveyor and an Estimator for leading commercial construction companies in New Zealand and along the US East Coast. During my time in the industry, I have helped to bridge divides between preconstruction and operations departments, built an in-depth knowledge of onsite and offsite construction practices, and developed a passion for rigorous cost analysis with an emphasis on value engineering.

In the workplace, above all else, I value fostering relationships that consistently produce outcomes and results that satisfy all parties involved. Successes are never a given and should be celebrated, shared, and examined to recreate, develop, and achieve greater accomplishments in the future.

I am a graduate of the Unitec Institute of Technology (New Zealand), where I majored in Construction Economics. I currently live in Richmond, VA, with my beautiful wife and young son. When I’m not keeping busy with optimizing client’s budgets, you can find me staying up to date with professional sports across the globe.
