WT provided cost management services for the Washington State Library and Archives Building, a state-of-the-art facility designed to consolidate critical government records, historical archives, and library services under one roof. The project aims to replace outdated and overcrowded facilities, enhancing the preservation of vital records and improving public access to information.

The 118,000-square-foot building, designed by Miller Hull Partnership, balances the need for secure archival storage with public accessibility. WT’s role included cost planning, benchmarking, and financial analysis to support early feasibility studies, funding requests, and procurement strategies during the pre-design and planning phases.
