WT is engaged as development advisor and program manager on behalf of the State of Hawaii as part of a multi-disciplinary team in the investigation, definition, and implementation of a New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) – part of a system-wide review of state-owned land assets at best and highest value/use.
While the project was established with an original focus to replace the aged existing Aloha Stadium, we developed an approach that targeted redevelopment of the entire 98-acre site into a vibrant Entertainment District through strategic planning and commercial assessment.
In an owner’s representative capacity, WT has undertaken similar relevant services, including stakeholder engagement (internal and external), site investigation and due diligence analysis, procurement and alternative delivery / public-private partnership analysis, program development and validation and drafting of technical documents.
