With more than 20 years of experience across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, Nicholas advises clients throughout the project lifecycle on cost management, commercial governance, procurement, project controls and risk management. He has extensive experience delivering both pre-contract and post-contract services, helping organizations achieve cost certainty, strengthen governance and support successful project outcomes.
His experience spans transportation, healthcare, education and commercial developments, including large-scale capital programs delivered across multiple locations. In addition to his cost management expertise, Nicholas has advised clients on change management, claims analysis and dispute resolution.
