Kevin brings deep cross-sector expertise in cost management and quantity surveying, supporting clients through every stage of the project lifecycle.
Since joining WT, he has delivered cost advice on a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, transport, tertiary education, residential, aged care and retirement living, student accommodation, and large-scale urban renewal projects.
With extensive experience in master planning, high-level feasibility studies, and both pre- and post-contract cost planning, Kevin is known for delivering clear, reliable advice that enables sound decision-making and commercial confidence.
Originally from Scotland, Kevin spent several years in the UK and Australian private sector before relocating to the US. He was appointed as a Vice President in cost management and continues to play a key leadership role in strengthening WT’s service delivery and client relationships.
