Senior Advisor (Project Delivery)
Based: Northern California

I have worked within the Project and Cost Management environment for four years developing an understanding of the principles of project and people management, budgeting and cost planning, stakeholder management and project delivery.

I’ve been involved in high value, complex projects both as an individual and in a team environment. I’ve had exposure to the Public Private Partnership (PPP or P3) sector and verification report processes, bills of quantities, long term maintenance plans and cost planning. With this exposure coupled with a strong mentoring base I’ve acquired a key analytical skill set that can facilitate any need a client may have.

I’m an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a willingness to learn and succeed. I enjoy the challenges of working on large projects and forming relationships within the project delivery team. My project sector experience includes education, commercial, residential, office, aviation and P3 projects across Australia and North America.
