Based: Santa Monica (CA)

Stephen has worked within the project management, cost, and quantity surveying environment for 10 years providing client focused P3 advisory, project delivery, cost planning, estimating, negotiation, and management services. Stephen has gained extensive experience in delivering mega projects with a portfolio of over $1.8bn in capital projects for public owners.

Stephen was a pinnacle member of the owner’s team on the UC Merced 2020 Project, the 1st educational Public Private Partnership in the United States, providing management services from procurement through to operations. Stephen is now leading the delivery of the 1st Public Private Partnership for the State of Oregon on the Clackamas County Courthouse Project.

Stephen’s extensive experience in a multitude of sectors and markets both in the United States and Australia, as well as his grounding in Civil Engineering, brings a methodical approach and keen eye for detail. Stephen’s experience as project lead on P3 mega projects has broadened his skillset significantly both in an advisory and managerial capacity.
