The Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre is a world-class facility and one of the largest government infrastructure projects in Alberta’s history. Spanning 127,000m², the Centre features 160 inpatient beds, over 100 chemotherapy chairs, more than 100 patient exam rooms, 15 radiation vaults, highly specialized research labs, and five levels of underground parking. Designed with sustainability in mind, the facility proudly achieved LEED Gold certification.

The new Cancer Centre integrates cutting-edge technology, consolidated services, and a patient-centered community care model to meet the growing demand for cancer treatment in Alberta, doubling previous care capacity.
