Umoja Biopharma established a critical R&D and process development facility in Boulder, Colorado, to support the advancement of its immunotherapy platforms.
This facility was instrumental in facilitating the company’s research and development activities prior to the opening of its larger manufacturing site in Louisville, Colorado. The Walnut Street facility provides essential space for process development and early-stage research, contributing to Umoja’s mission of developing innovative cancer treatments.
Project Walnut comprises of approximately 9,000 SF of rentable space of rejuvenated office space and laboratory. WT provided a full suite of project controls and cost management services through to project closeout.
