WT provided cost management services for a multi-phase capital improvements program at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto.
Acting on behalf of JLL and the owner, WT delivered Class D cost estimates across a series of strategic upgrade packages, including renovations to the spa and pool area, banquet levels, Ritz Bar, lobby, suites, and back-of-house infrastructure. Enhancements focused on modernizing interiors, increasing operational functionality, and elevating guest experiences while adhering to five-star brand standards.
WT’s role involved providing early-stage Class D estimates and pricing validation to support budgeting, schedule planning, and ownership approval. Our cost reporting informed design and scope decisions across architectural, MEP, AV, F&B, and FF&E components of the CapEx plan.
