Nevada State University (NSU) is in the pre-development planning phase of building a new sports facility on their Henderson, NV campus.
The utilization of a public private partnership (P3) is under consideration to deliver the facility. WT has been engaged to provide Real Estate and P3 advisory services in support of the proposed plan to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the facility.
WT’s scope of work will be inclusive of advisory on the potential and supportable ground lease values for the project, what development constraints and opportunities might have an impact on the land value, as well as other revenue sharing opportunities which might be viable to explore with designated development partners that ultimately could drive the final terms of the ground lease.
