Microsoft’s Redmond Campus Modernization was a comprehensive redevelopment initiative aimed at transforming the company’s headquarters into a state-of-the-art, sustainable, and employee-centric environment.
The project involves replacing 12 older office buildings with 17 new four- to five-story structures, organized into five distinct “villages.” The campus is designed to be pedestrian and bicycle-friendly, featuring amenities such as retail shops, restaurants, running and walking trails, sports facilities and open green spaces. A notable feature is the underground parking garage, one of the largest of its kind, spanning 3 million square feet over four levels.
WT have leveraged their experience on major campus development projects, streamlining scalable cost control methodology and processes, providing the highest and best-use value for the client.
